We actively promote healthy lifestyles at the Club and in the home through our diverse sports and recreation progams, healthy habits nutrition and cooking courses, and specialized fitness programs including Triple Play, WannaPlay and more.
Designed to incorporate healthy living and active learning in every part of the Club experience, Healthy Habits emphasizes good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being. The program, for ages 6 to 15, is the Mind component of Triple Play: A Game Plan for the Mind, Body and Soul.
WANNA PLAY? increases members’ physical fitness by focusing on agility, balance and coordination. This program features a variety of fun and engaging activities and games to help Club members improve their fitness; increase awareness of good nutrition and hydration; and learn basic baseball and softball skills and knowledge.
